Pricing tiers, how to upgrade, and managing your Nami subscription

Nami offers three paid tiers plus a free plan so you can start small and scale as your organization grows. All billing is handled securely through Stripe — we never store your credit card details.

Tip

Annual billing saves approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. For example, Professional plan costs $30/user/year vs $36/user/year on monthly billing.

How to Upgrade

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing.
  2. Select the plan that fits your needs.
  3. Complete the Stripe checkout flow with your payment details.
  4. Your workspace upgrades immediately and all new features become available.

Your workspace upgrades immediately upon successful payment. Billing details and invoices are managed through the Stripe customer portal.

Managing Your Subscription

From the Settings → Billing page you can:

  • View your current plan and active user count
  • Open the Stripe Customer Portal to update payment methods
  • Download invoices and payment history
  • Cancel or downgrade your subscription (takes effect at the end of the current billing period)

Warning

Downgrading may disable features you are currently using. For example, moving from Professional to Starter removes calibration and custom template access. Review your active usage before downgrading.

Free Plan

The free plan allows up to 5 users with no credit card required. It includes one active review cycle, the Slack integration, and the competency framework — perfect for trying Nami before committing.

Enterprise Plans

For organizations with over 500 users or advanced requirements (SSO/SAML, custom integrations, dedicated support, SLA guarantees), contact hello@namihr.com for a tailored Enterprise agreement.

Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a refund is warranted, contact hello@namihr.com — requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:

  1. You retain full access until the end of your current billing period
  2. Your data is retained for 30 days to allow you to export
  3. After 30 days, your workspace data is permanently deleted

To cancel, go to Settings → Billing and click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe portal.
